Payments, Refunds and Exchanges.
Payments are to be made within 24 hours upon receiving an invoice from us. Failure to do so will result in getting blacklisted. We only accept payment via POSB ATM transfer. Refunds or exchanges are only made if your item is OOS or defected. We would require a snapshot of the defected area before the refunds/exchanges are able to proceed. There is STRICTLY NO refunds/exchanges if your item does not fit you/ you do not like your item after purchasing it so only make payment when you are 100% confirm.

Pricing.
The prices of every item on site are in SGD and NON-negotiable. Postages fees are stated below the price of every product. Any subsequent item will require an additional $0.50 (applies to both normal/registered/smartpac postages.) Additional charges will apply for heavier items for all kinds of postages. NO reservations are allowed and items are sold of a first-pay-first-serve basis. You will be notified via email if you item is OOS. The prices for meet ups will be the same as the ones on normal postage as travelling fee for us is included.

Working Hours, Mailing and Meet ups.
We operate on a daily basis and emails will be replied within 24 hours. Parcels are mailed out daily (max. 2 working days) to serve you better. Meet ups are held at Tampines (for people living in the East) and City Hall (people living in the West). Meet up details will be given after payment is made. However, Meet up locations may change.

Sizings and Image
Model is standing at 158 cm, UK 6 for tops and UK 6-8 for bottoms. The colours of the images of the products might differ slightly as compared to the original product due to the lightings and the resolution of your monitor. However, we will try our best to capture the right colour of every product.
